Nadia is a development practitioner with over 10 years of experience in humanitarian and development programming, primarily focused on refugee and marginalized communities in Egypt. She most recently served as the Education Working Group Coordinator in Egypt, where she led coordination among UN agencies, international and local NGOs, and government counterparts to ensure access to quality education for refugee children. Her expertise spans education in emergencies, alternative education, early childhood development, and teacher professional development. Nadia holds a strong interest in inclusive policies, intersectional equity, and cross-sectoral approaches to development. She is a recipient of the Sawiris Foundation’s YLSS scholarship and is passionate about advancing evidence-based, community-driven solutions for social justice and systemic change.
