Muhammad Munir Kabiri

Muhammad Munir Kabiri graduated from the Department of Forestry and Natural Resources Management, Faculty of Agriculture, Kabul University, in 2009. Driven by his deep commitment, strong passion, and determination to alleviate poverty and underdevelopment in his home country, Afghanistan, he worked for ten years with both national and international organizations In Afghanistan. Mr. Kabiri primarily focused on private sector development, with an emphasis on sustainable development—an essential pillar for economic growth and lasting peace in war-torn Afghanistan. His most recent tenure was as Acting Secretary General of the International Chamber of Commerce in Afghanistan (ICC AF), a branch of the global business organization headquartered in Paris, France. He now seeks to leverage his experience in fostering collaboration between the public and private sectors to promote the sustainable development of Afghanistan.
