I belong to Iteso tribe from the Eastern part of Uganda. I have a bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Rural Innovation from Makerere University Kampala-Uganda. I specialize in Agricultural Extension with over 3 years of work with rural communities. I have worked with Uganda Cooperative Alliance as a capacity building officer under the Uganda Ministry of Agriculture Vegetable Oil Development Program. I am also currently doing a lot of volunteer capacity building work with Farmer Cooperative Societies and Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs) in the eastern part of Uganda. My career is driven by the specific interest in rural community development and the role of institutions and policies in shaping the global development dynamics.
