The 2024 ICGC Scholars, the 36th cohort, will be welcomed into the community in Fall 2024, with orientation during the last week of August.

The 11 new scholars—each from different departments within four colleges and schools at the UMN—come from countries including India, Zambia, Iran, Nigeria, Ecuador, Niger, Sudan, South Africa, and Egypt. We will also welcome an Interdisciplinary Doctoral Fellow to be in residence with ICGC during the 2024-25 academic year. We are excited to bring their energy, knowledge and voices for issues of social justice and global change to the University of Minnesota.
