Abstract: Equality is not a negotiated settlement. It is a continuing endeavour that seeks to create a society where everyone, especially the most vulnerable are listened to. For such a reality to fructify, we need to grapple with our own ingrained unequal tendencies. Social change becomes true only when we put ourselves through rigorous questioning.
